A calmer yet culturally vibrant side of the metropolis awaits curious travellers outside the doors of Monte Carlo Tower 1 Residences.
There are so many things to do in this part of the metro. Why not take a relaxing stroll along the Marikina River or visit the Shoe Museum in Marikina City? Plan a weekend day trip to the city of Antipolo, where you can explore the fabulous Pinto Art Gallery, enjoy a garden-to-table lunch of local specialties at the picturesque Crescent Moon Cafe (also home to a charming pottery shop), trek out to Vieux Chalet’s mountain views and Swiss charcuterie, take a dip at one of the hidden resorts around Hinulugang Taktak, pay homage to the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage at her shrine. In the evenings, avail of exciting theater and music productions at the University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila. Head out to the breathtaking Sierra Madre mountain range and try out various local delicacies along the way.
24-hour convenience stores, supermarkets, department stores, hardware stores, bookstores, medical centres, dental clinics, drug stores, money exchangers, banks, salons, barbershops, cinemas and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The condominium sits on top of Il Centro Mall. An indoor walkway on the second floor connects to the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. Farther, but still accessible by foot, is Robinson’s MetroEast Mall.
Monte Carlo Residences, in moderate traffic, are 20-30 minutes away from Libis, Quezon City, 30 from the Ortigas center, and 40 from the Cubao business district.
I recommend using GrabTaxi for getting around. A taxi bay is located nearby but metro taxis are quite notorious these days.
Airport transfer service can be arranged for a minimal rate.
The condominium administration require all guests to fill up a registration form and submit a copy of any Valid Government Issued IDs (i.e. Passport and Driver’s license). Please be ready to present an ID upon check in.
